CALGARY , Dec. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Canadian Equipment Rental Fund Limited Partnership ("CERF LP") has closed the previously announced issuance to Timberwolf Technologies Inc. ("TTI") of 200,000 limited partnership units of CERF LP ("Units") in full and final payment and satisfaction of the principal amount of $500,000 owing by CERF LP to TTI at a deemed price of$2.50 per Unit.

TTI is a private Alberta corporation controlled by Mr. Wayne Wadley . Mr. Wadley is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of CERF GP Corp., the general partner of CERF LP.

CERF LP is an Alberta limited partnership engaged in the rental, sale and service of industrial and construction equipment. CERF LP trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "CFL.UN" and now has 5,114,119 Units issued and outstanding.
