Crafco, Inc., an Ergon Company announces they have entered into an agreement to purchase a new manufacturing location in Naples, Texas. The building is approximately 100,000 square feet situated on 50 acres of property. The transaction to purchase the building and land is scheduled to be completed by the end of September 2016.
This new manufacturing site will produce Crafco’s broad line of highway maintenance and preservation products as well as its specialty roofing and waterproofing products. This new plant is strategically located to service growing markets for these products in Texas and surrounding states. This location along with Crafco’s other materials manufacturing plants in Allentown, PA; Chandler, AZ; Cheyenne, WY; Fontana, CA; Halls, TN and Youngstown, OH provide Crafco’s customers with easy access to its products while minimizing freight costs.
Dates for the start-up of the facility have not been determined.
