Crafco, Inc., announced today that they have entered into an agreement to purchase substantially all the assets of Crafco Texas, Inc. The transaction will be effective April 1, 2017.
This acquisition combines the assets of one of Crafco’s long standing independent distributors, Crafco Texas, Inc. to expand Crafco’s locations, sales and service to the state of Texas. Effective April 1, 2017 Crafco will operate a Pavement Preservation Supply Center location at 2103 Danbury St., San Antonio, Texas. We will continue to market and supply Crafco brand products in this new location with another new location opening at 2413 Richland Ave., Farmers Branch, TX (Dallas) approximately May 1, 2017.
Bill Frerichs, the President and current owner of Crafco Texas, as well as his employees will be staying on with Crafco. Bill will consult with sales management for that region and the rest of the team will maintain similar roles in the organization to what they have today.
