Provided by Crafco Inc.With a materials tank effectively twice the size of the highly successful "Patch 2" model, the newest entry just introduced by Crafco will likely be a massive productivity upgrade for asphalt repair and maintenance crews for many years to come. The Patcher 4 also has a total heat-up time equivalent to units of half the capacity. 

“The Patcher 4 has been a collaborative project between our Engineering and Sales groups.” according to Greg Frantz, Crafco’s Equipment Engineering Manager. “In addition to being double in size, the new larger capacity Patcher 4, more importantly, double the daily output of the Mastic products.”

Even though you cannot purchase this new piece of tech today, you can place a pre-order with the company, and the expected delivery window for is early in the coming spring of 2023. Just in time for the roads to thaw out up north.

Demand is expected to be very high, and the company suggests that contractors place their orders as soon as possible, in order to ensure they can have one for the next season.
