Titan Machinery Opens New Store in Dickinson, NN

WEST FARGO, ND (August 1, 2011) -- Titan Machinery Inc. (NASDAQ:TITN) opened a new Case Construction Equipment dealership in Dickinson, N.D., on August 1, 2011.

Located in western North Dakota, the company's Dickinson dealership is well-positioned to benefit from the numerous factors that are supporting the favorable construction equipment market in this region including energy, agriculture, government surpluses, infrastructure investment and low unemployment rates.

"The oil industry in western North Dakota, resulting from the substantial estimated reserves in the Bakken, Tyler and Three Forks oil formations, continues to drive demand for construction equipment, rental, parts and service," said David Meyer, Titan Machinery's chairman and CEO. "We have been pleased with the performance of our Minot, Williston, Bismarck and Mandan stores in this market and the addition of the Dickinson store will provide us increased opportunities in this large growth area."
