Teens Confess to Using Backhoes to Duel
Three Wisconsin teens confessed to using construction equipment to duel with each other.
Chippewa Falls, WI police say three teenagers confessed to using construction equipment to duel with each other. It happened last week on different nights, involving six backhoes and skid-steers. One of the backhoes got tangled in power lines. Damage is about $11,000.
