Debbie George has joined Cygnus Business Media as Associate Publisher of "Equipment Today." She brings 25 years of experience in global marketing management to the team. In her previous position as Global Brand Marketing Leader and Global Director of Marketing for Terex Aerial Work Platforms, she was responsible for the strategic marketing planning and execution of the Genie branded products. As a representative of Terex, she sat on many industry boards and developed strong industry relationships as well as knowledge of the construction products and applications.
From the time she began her career with the "small little lift company" in Redmond, Washington, to the increased responsibilities of a Fortune 200 company, she never lost sight of the importance of the customer. Her commitment to customer satisfaction along with her deep industry knowledge and wide range of skills as a marketing professional will contribute to the success of the Construction group.
Debbie has a BS degree in Business Administration from City University. She lives in Woodinville, Washington with her husband Tom. Her passions include the art of winemaking, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
