Before joining CRSI, Mr. Halsted was a Market Manager for PCA, responsible for the design and construction technical services assistance, marketing, and promotion of all cement-based pavement materials. Prior to PCA, he worked as a Technical Services Manager for the Georgia Department of Transportation and has knowledge of planning, design, materials testing, and construction.
Mr. Halsted has participated in numerous training and construction workshops involving State and Provincial transportation agencies, Public Works departments, Universities, material suppliers, and consulting firms. He is also the author of several promotional articles, technical engineering bulletins, and information sheets related to cement and concrete construction.
