URS Corp.'s Oil & Gas division will build pipeline for a Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage oil sands project in the Wood Buffalo Region near Fort McMurray, Alberta.
The project – worth up to $130 million to URS – includes below and above ground pipelines, access platforms and valve stations. It requires more than 43 miles (70 km) of gas, oil, water and steam lines ranging from 8- to 24-inch diameters.
