PTI DC80.3/ICRI 320.6, "Guide for Evaluation and Repair of Unbonded Post-Tensioned Concrete Structures," a new document from the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI) and the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), provides an introduction to the evaluation and repair of existing concrete structures post-tensioned with unbonded single-strand tendons.
The document is intended to familiarize owners, licensed design professionals, contractors, suppliers and other interested parties with procedures, tests, equipment, and other aspects of the evaluation and repair process. This guide demonstrates how to evaluate a post-tensioned structure that has experienced deterioration and restore the structure to its original or greater strength and serviceability.
