JB Attachments Ltd. (JBA), a New Zealand-based manufacturer of earthmoving attachments, and Woods Equipment Company, a North American manufacturer of construction and agricultural attachments and implements, have announced the formation of a strategic partnership.
Under the terms of the agreement, Woods will market and distribute JBA's patented variable center coupler through its U.S. and Canadian dealer network. The product line fits machine classes from 2 to 45 metric tons and will be co-branded "Woods Variable Coupler by JB Attachments".
The complete line will be available in March through the Woods dealer network.
