Stratco Global ecopath Plants

The ecopath asphalt rubber blending plant includes a blending trailer and reaction trailer with a 30,000 gallon dual-compartment, agitated reaction tank. It offers continuous proportional blending of rubber and asphalt cement for a high-quality, homogeneous mixture and includes real-time in-line viscosity measurement. The plant is especially engineered to be compatible with any asphalt hotmix plant, is completely mobile for convenient relocation, requires minimal set-up time, and is controlled by a PC-based computer system. The design has demonstrated sustained asphalt rubber binder production rates of up to 45 tons per hour.
