CMI RS350 reclaimer/stabilizer

The updated RS350 allows a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water to be added directly to the cutter drum to more efficiently cool the hydraulic system and extend rotor planetary drive life.

  • Added cutter weight and large, heavy-duty hydraulic lift cylinders on the cutter assembly provide more down pressure on the housing to maintain a constant cutting depth
  • Cutter housing design enables flush cuts on the right-hand side of the machine
  • Hydrostatically driven, rear-mounted rotor delivers up to a 16-in. cutting depth at 75 in. wide
  • 100- and 150-rpm cutter speeds
  • 350-hp Cummins Tier III turbocharged diesel engine and four-wheel hydrostatic drive

PM-200

The 64,386-lb. PM-200 half-lane milling machine performs controlled full-depth removal of asphalt and concrete pavements in a single pass.

  • 83-in. cutting width
  • 12-in. cutting depth
  • Caterpillar C18 Tier III-compliant engine with ACERT Technology
  • Caterpillar wet clutch rotor system
  • Front conveyor discharge

The 64,386-lb. PM-200 half-lane milling machine performs controlled full-depth removal of asphalt and concrete pavements in a single pass. It features an 83-in. cutting width and a 12-in. cutting depth. Power is supplied by a 575-hp Caterpillar C18 Tier III-compliant engine with ACERT Technology. The electronically controlled load-sensing system matches propel speed to load on the engine for maximum production. Features include a Caterpillar wet clutch rotor drive, four steering modes, a folding front-loading conveyor and optional automatic grade and slope controls.
