Sermac America introduces two new concrete pumps. The four-section Extreme 4ZR21 has approximately a 67-ft. vertical reach, a 54-ft. horizontal reach and an unfolding height just under 14-ft. The Scorpio 6RZ65 offers a 211-ft. vertical reach and more than 198 ft. of horizontal reach in a siz-section, RZ-combination. Both models include a cable and radio remote, hopper gate vibrator, high volumen and high-pressure water pumps, standard automatic lubrication systems on the pumpkit, 12-ft. end hose and a tool kit.

BASF Neopor ICFs

LOGIX Insulated Concrete Forms is introducing BASF Neopor to its manufacturing process and will offer it as a value-added option on its line of ICFs. Neopor is an expandable polystyrene material (EPS) which contains tiny graphite particles that reflect heat radiation, lowering thermal conductivity. Logix says the Neopor will allow them to maintain its forms' current thicknesses while increasing insulation capacity by 15 percent.

Consolideck LS

It applies in one coat without scrubbing or flushing, and treated floors are ready for grinding, polishing and traffic in about an hour. Tygar Mfg. introduces its Driveway Liner Package attachment, for use with its Bengal TG1000 Curb Machine. The Driveway Liner Package produces a Belgium block, driveway skirt or inlayed stone surface. The Bengal Curb Machine is capable of extruding 24-in. walkways, landscape curbs with imbedded lighting and over 30 different stamp patterns. The company offers 25 molds and attachments and is capable of curbing up to 16 ft. per minute.

Epoxy Floor Coating

UCoat Water-based Epoxy Floor Coating from UCoat It America is a commercial-grade expoxy floor coating for concrete and wood surfaces. The first coat is a bonding coat applied directly to a freshly prepared damp floor. A co-plastimer additive allows UCoat to flow and dry at the proper rate, penetrating the surface and permanently bonding to the substrate. It's free of noxious odors and floors are ready for use after 24 hours.
