New Holland announces the appointment of Giuseppe Fano as president and CEO of New Holland Construction Equipment S.p.A.
Fano joined CNH in 2006, and most recently served as vice president sales and marketing, Europe, New Holland Construction. He is also president and CEO of New Holland Kobelco Construction Machinery S.p.A.
Doosan Infracore America has established Doosan Global Finance, which will serve as a single global finance provider for the companys machine tool, forklift and construction equipment divisions.
Doosan Global Finance will be committed to offering Doosan dealers and their customers tailored attention and unique finance programs. It is expected that it will generate economies of scale that will result in improved rates, more competitive wholesale and retail financing programs and enhanced levels of service for dealers and end-user customers.
Mack Trucks, Inc. announces that Dennis R. Slagle will succeed Paul L. Vikner as president and CEO effective April 1, 2008.
