40-ton-capacity Boom Truck

The 40105 boom truck features a 40-ton capacity with 105 ft. of powered main boom and a 115-ft. tip height. A 32- to 49-ft. two-piece jib offers FrictionFree jib extension for easy deployment and stowage. Glide swing operation allows for smooth, precise boom rotation, while the standard Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system ensures safe operation. Available features include a 360° chart without front stabilizer, Wide Area Definition System and tractor mount configuration. A variety of jib lengths, platforms and accessories are also offered to customize the unit to the application.

NIGHTSHIFTER Series

The NIGHTSHIFTER series of mobile lighting solutions are designed for ease of use, transport and maintenance. Features include a Mine Spec Chassis and high wall capabilities combined with a compact size and Space Saver mast design. Sound attenuation is available for applications in populated or noise-sensitive areas. The 4,000-watt NIGHTSHIFTER4000 (NM4000) is an entry level tower with manual operation, while the NIGHTSHIFTER6000 (NH6000) offers hydraulic operation. Both models include vibration-resistant double-ended metal halide lamps, 350° mast rotation when fully extended and 120° two-way light tilt and mast raise via the integrated control panel.

Power Wave C300

The Power Wave C300 portable, multi-process power source can be used for a variety of materials and applications, including aluminum, stainless steel and nickel. PowerConnect Technology allows users to automatically switch from 200 to 600 volts, 50 or 60 Hz and single- or three-phase welding with no manual reconnect. This technology provides a constant welding output with an input line voltage compensation range of up to +43% and down to -60% when used on 460 VAC input. The Tribrid Power Module offers 88% efficiency at 250 amps and a power factor of 0.97. Other features include high-speed iArc digital controls with Ethernet, standard Production Monitoring 2 software and Waveform Control Technology.

Trencor T1060

The Trencor T1060 mechanical drive chain trencher uses a 350-hp Caterpillar C-9 Tier III engine to transmit power to the digging chain via an Allison three-speed transmission, allowing maximum torque in each trenching speed. A Windows-based load control system regulates trencher and track speeds to maintain performance and reduce engine stalls and machine wear. The high-volume (200 gal.) hydraulic system only operates the tracks, conveyor and boom lift to keep pumps and motors cooler. The unit features a rugged unibody tractor frame, an extra-long, welded, heavy-duty undercarriage that sits within an 8-ft., 2-in. overall width and a narrow profile for transportation without oversize permits.
