Haulotte Telescopic Big Boom
The Big Boom TJ+ (H28 TJ+) has a 16-ft. 5-in. telescopic jib with proportional controls that provide a 75-ft. 6-in. outreach with the capacity to rapidly lift loads up to 772 lbs. The boom and jib, with its hexagonal cross section in high elastic modulus steel, offer added rigidity for greater stability and improved operator comfort. Proportional movements and a self-leveling system further maximize working comfort. Other features include an 8-ft. platform, narrow fixed-width frame, oscillating axle and differential wheel lock.
Subsite 250R/T Locating System
The 250R/T locating system from the Subsite Electronics division of the Ditch Witch organization consists of a 250T transmitter and 250R receiver. The simple, lightweight system features intuitive controls, an easy to read display and depth estimation up to 15 ft. It can apply 33-kHz signals via direct connect, induction clamp or other optional accessories. Fewer components mean less chance of mechanical or electrical interruption. The rugged design and moisture-resistant case also enable the system to stand up to long-term use and tough weather conditions.
Miller Excavator Couplers and Buckets
Miller Ground Breaking's compact quick-coupler range includes mechanical, hydraulic and universal fully hydraulic versions. Hydraulic models are semi-automatic with a mechanical backup safety pin, while universal fully hydraulic models provide operation completely from the cab. The entire range features a cast shape that is strong, yet compact to minimize weight. The compact task bucket range includes digging and loading scoop, trenching scoop, ditch cleaning and vertical wall configurations. Each bucket is tailored to specific jobsite applications, and is suited for use in tight or confined areas.
Leading Edge SpeedScreen Bucket
The SpeedScreen bucket separates rocks during a normal excavator digging operation by screening the material with a special-shaped, non-hydraulic moving screen. As material is scooped, the screened material goes into the bucket and rocks are forced up the ramped screen. When the bucket is partially dumped, rocks roll off the screen first into a pile, truck or side of the trench for later use. The screen is hinged so that every other finger opens to allow ease of dumping of the screened material. The self-cleaning design prevents rocks, roots and other debris from getting stuck between the bars.
GOMACO C-750 Cylinder Finisher
The C-750 cylinder finisher can finish widths up to 156 ft. without an overhead truss assembly required. Hydraulics are electronically controlled for greater precision, versatility, ease of setup and ease of operation. The hydraulic PTA (power transition adjuster) allows for on-the-go crown elevation changes automatically from the operator's console. The unit includes an automatic advance, automatic self-widening carriage, powered widening to maintain crown position on tapered decks, operator-enhanced monitoring of machine functions and a patented three-point finishing system.
