M-B Co. acquires TMT-Pathway marking equipment business
M-B Companies Inc. has agreed to acquire the assets of the pavement marking equipment business of TMT-Pathway, Salem, OR.
"With this investment M-B is demonstrating our commitment to continue as the leading manufacturer of pavement marking equipment," said Terrence J. Cosgrove, M-B president. "Customers who have depended on the reliability and performance of TMT products will appreciate the renewed commitment to product support and enhanced technology that M-B will bring to a consolidated product line."
Cosgrove said equipment will continue to be manufacturered at the company's Pavement Marking Division in Montgomery, PA, and at the Salem location, which will operate as M-B Companies Inc. of Oregon.
This year M-B Companies celebrates its 100th anniversary of manufacturing a broad line of equipment including pavement marking equipment, brooms, snow plows, dozer blades and replacement parts.
