Asphalt Drum Mixers offers four models of portable and stationary recycle systems allow plants to use milled material in hot mix asphalt (HMA).
- 15-ton capacity
- Continuously welded at the seams
- Bins contain angle irons and midsection stiffeners for reinforcement
- Steeply sloped sidewalls help prevent material from plugging or bridging
- For RAP transfer, includes a heavy-duty weigh conveyor that is 2-feet wide and between 45- and 65-feet long
- Based on plant conditions, up to 50 percent of HMA can contain recycled pavement
- Portable units feature heavy-duty I-beam frame on a gooseneck trailer with a fifth-wheel kingpin hitch, single axle and air brakes
