Gives each machine a unique and multi-layered "fingerprint" that thieves cannot remove

The CESAR equipment security and registration system can be used to protect equipment ranging from a 30-ton excavator to a hand-held drill. It assigns each machine a unique, multi-layered "fingerprint" that thieves cannot remove. The equipment registration number appears on triangular, tamper-evident registration plates secured to the chassis and body. RFID transponders are hidden in the equipment, and patches of forensic liquid DNA with microscopic Datatdots are painted on in a number of locations. Machine and owner details are registered for life in a secure database.
