John Deere's largest articulated dump truck, the 46-ton 460E ADT, is completely designed and manufactured by Deere.
When ground conditions get soft and difficult, the automated traction controls will automatically control the axle differential locks as well as the inter-axle differential lock. An experienced operator can still choose to manually engage the traction controls.
An onboard payload scale delivers real-time data with an external light bar visible to both the truck driver and the loader operator, eliminating the guesswork in getting a full load. Using the standard JDLink telematics system, customers can monitor the amount of material moved each day and adjust haul roads, drivers and other factors to maximize productivity.
