LiuGong's D-Series of intelligent crawler excavators feature computer-aided systems for greater operating efficiency, lower fuel consumption and overall reliability. The excavator's hydraulic systems produce on-demand breakout power, while a new frame design and improved undercarriage components make the D-Series stable and durable.
A Computer Aided Power Control system (CAPC) automatically matches hydraulic output flow to the application. At the touch of a button a power boost feature instantly increases digging force up to 10-percent for 10 seconds. The CAPC also allows the operator to select optimal power levels for peak performance capacity with the best fuel economy.
The 922D and 936D feature a no time-limit heavy lift system that increases hydraulic pressure to the attachment cylinders while simultaneously reducing attachment speed for better control during lifting operation.
At near 41 tons, the 936D is LiuGong’s largest crawler excavator, powered by a 260-hp, Cummins 6-cylinder Tier 3 engine. Ground level reach is 35 ft. 9 in., and max dig depth is 33 ft. 7 in. Standard bucket is 57-in. wide.
