The WS18 and WS24 wheel saw attachments can be powered by high-flow Bobcat loaders to cut through asphalt, concrete, frozen ground and wire mesh.
Skid steers with high-flow hydraulics (22 to 43 gpm) can use the Bradco 655 rock trencher from Paladin to cut a 30-in.-deep trench.
This five-position coupling system utilizes an existing trencher attachment and allows the skid steer to trench to its side, going forward.
Land Pride's DT35 Ditcher features an adjustable depth shoe, 1-in. ripper shank, No. 80 drive chain, and 2-in. main shafts as standard features. With an adjustable cutting diameter of 16 in. or 18 in., the four cutting edges are reversible/replaceable and manufactured from AR400 material. The impeller leaves a clean and sculptured trough to keep water flowing freely. Matched to 30- to 60-hp tractors, the DT35 quickly creates channels up to 9 in. deep for small irrigation ditches or for efficiently diverting water from unwanted areas (see video below).
The MTR12 and MTR16 microtrenching attachments are designed to cut a narrow (.75 to 2.25 in.) trench at maximum cutting depths of 12 and 16 in. Depth control is mechanically adjusted in 1-in. increments. A spring-loaded, flex pivot design and guide aid steering, and a lift and level design keeps the attachment flush with the surface to maximize cutter wheel engagement and vacuum performance in uneven conditions. The attachments are designed to work with the Vermeer RTX550 utility tractor. A range of cutter wheel configurations are available.
The Bradco line of trenchers offers cutting depths from 24 to 60 in. and cutting widths of 3 to 12 in.
Vermeer offers a series of underground products to aid in the installation of wind-energy transmission lines.
Covers 60 in. of open trench in 60 seconds. Eliminates tearing of the turf because the skid steer can straddle the trench and cover it in one pass. Available in right offset, left offset or centered mocels. An excellent tool for large backfilling jobs.
Seven trencher models are available for Bobcat mini track loaders, skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders, all-wheel steer loaders, utility work machines, telescopic tool carriers and compact excavators.
Trencher attachments include a 50,000-lb. digging chain available in depths from 24 to 60 in. and widths from 6 to 12 in.
