E2850 Remixing Asphalt Transfer Vehicle

The E2850 stores 25 tons of asphalt onboard, and offers a 13-ton hopper insert and 5-ton hopper insert extension. Hydraulically operated cleanout doors on the dump hopper, storage hopper and rear conveyor simplify cleaning. The 74,500-lb. unit is powered by a 300-hp Cat C9 diesel. High-torque, direct-drive motors with loop flush cooling system on the two conveyors and elevator reduce heat stress in the hydraulic system. Optional rear steer delivers a 14-ft. innner turn radius. Features include a 9-kW hydraulic generator and automatic grease systems with data logger.
