Caterpillar's 9,920-lb. AP255E asphalt paver has a standard paving range of 55 in. to 102 in., or up to 133 in. with extensions. A central paving attachment reduces the range to 20 in. to 55 in. for paving paths and sidewalks. And a right-side attachment squeezes the paving range down to 6 in. to 39 in. for trench work and narrow shoulders.
