The 10-ft. RP-190e rubber-tired and RP-195e track highway class pavers have received a major redesign, including the addition of CAT C7.1 Tier 4 Interim engines rated at 225 hp at 1,800 rpm. Beefed up conveyor chains are of the heavy-duty offset type. Tough floor plates are made from wear-resistant chromium carbide and drop in without bolts. A dual hinge apron plate design allows easy access and clean-out. Redesigned operator stations include hydraulic-pivot consoles and selectable seat positions. Release agent spray-down systems are now standard and include a dual system (one for diesel, one for release agent).
