The Xi Plus is an insulated precast concrete wall system for the creating of dry, warm and energy-efficient foundations.

• Dow THERMAX reinforced polyisocyanurate insulation covering rigid foam insulation and a 4-in. insulated footer beam
• 4-in. standard floor slab may be poured equal to the height of the footer beam eliminating the need for an additional screed board
• Available with built-in insulation value of R-21.3; can be insulated up to R-42+
• Horizontal steel rebar inside top and bottom beams
• Vertical steel rebar inside each stud
• Galvanized steel stud facing
• Thermally isolated/insulated from exterior
