Wearcoat 106MCU is a one package aromatic urethane sealer for concrete or wood
floors.

• Forms a hard, chemical resistant film which has exceptional wetting properties to porous

• Resistance to abrasion, solvent, acid and alkali
• Not ultraviolet stable
• Can withstand light traffic after 12 hours drying time
