SmartSeal AU is a water-based, nano-acrylic/urethane concrete sealer intended for use in high traffic areas and for surfaces subject to heavy wear and tear.

• Nano-acrylic/urethane components enable the sealer to provide early block resistance, UV resistance, and resistance to dirt and hot-tire pick up
• Average coverage area is 300 to 500 sq. ft. per gal.
