Takeuchi maximizes capability in a mini excavator that can be transported without need for a commercial drivers license

Takeuchi replaced its TB250 with the 12,500-lb.TB260 designed to max out capabilities in a compact excavator small enough to be transported without a commercial drivers license. A reinforced long arm with integrated thumb mount digs 12 ft. 9.4 in. deep.

  • Auto-idle reduces fuel consumption and engine noise
  • Takeuchi says its new ECO mode can reduce fuel consumption up to 21 percent in typical working conditions
  • 12,756 lb. bucket breakout force
  • Primary and secondary auxiliary hydraulics are standard equipment, and are operated by independent fingertip proportional controls
  • Select preconfigured work tools with the in-cab monitor, or use it to customize power to specific attachments
  • Backfilling blade comes standard with a blade float feature
