Spectrum Employee & Subcontract Kiosks

Dexter + Chaney has expanded its Specturm Construction software with the Employee and Subcontract Kiosks which allow all authorized employees and subcontractors of companies that use Spectrum a way to access and update payroll and subcontract data in the system without the need for additional user licenses.

  • Employee Kiosk provides a secure portal for employees to enter their own hours and payroll information, retrieve summaries of previous time card entries, print out earning statements as well as access other human resources information
  • Subcontract Kiosk allows authorized subcontractors the ability to enter their own progress billings and submit them electronically into Spectrum’s Invoice Approval; applications let users process billings, attach supporting documents, print activity and billing reports, and view information on all open subcontracts
