Rapid Set Skim Coat is a high bond strength, fast curing, smooth hydraulic cement based material for floor underlayments, concrete repairs, patching and skim coating on interior and exterior projects. Workable in 20 minutes, Skim Coat can be applied from feather-edge to 1 in. in a single application and bonds to many surfaces. It is ready for floor coverings in one hour anc can be coated or sealed in 16 hours. Skim Coat is mold and mildew resistant.
