FitzLok formliners are single-use 100% recyclable plastic panels. They allow the user to produce seamless, simulated, smooth brick or block masonry finishes. The unique interlocking system with keyed ends that overlap and lock into place to eliminate seams from showing across the brick face.

BIM was a central element to the library’s construction, allowing for scheduling and clash detection. Morley used Revit to build every column, wall and piece of concrete and detect conflicts floor by floor. Each week all subcontractors were required to submit their updated BIM files to Turner to update the master BIM file.
