Litchfield, MN - Towmaster announces new hires and position changes in the Towmaster Sales and Parts Departments.
Ryan Kral has been selected to replace retiring Arlyn Hedtke for in-house sales. Ryan has worked for Towmaster for four years with experience in various positions including hydraulic detachable assembly and managing the Parts Sales and Warranty Department. Ryan is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about our products and will assist you with your trailer needs.
Another welcome addition to the sales group is Bob Pace, Towmaster's new regional sales manager for Canada. Bob is new to our staff and has several years of equipment sales experience. He will be establishing and managing trailer sales into the Canadian market.
Towmaster also introduces Brian Fitzgerald to the team to fill the Parts Service and Warranty Manager position. Brian has an extensive background in management and customer service and is ready to assist with parts or warranty needs.
