Hi-Reach Manlift Joins the Goscor Group

South African-based fork truck and industrial equipment distributor Goscor Group has acquired a majority stake in powered access specialist Hi-Reach Manlift, the Genie and Custom Equipment distributor and rental company owned by George Landsberg and his partners.

South African-based fork truck and industrial equipment distributor Goscor Group has acquired a majority stake in powered access specialist Hi-Reach Manlift, the Genie and Custom Equipment distributor and rental company owned by George Landsberg and his partners.

The majority of Goscor's equity is held by publicly quoted Imperial Holdings an automotive company with interests in car and commercial vehicle sales and car rental among things. Imperial bought into Goscor last June.
