2012 Chevrolet Silverado HD

The 2012 Chevrolet Silverado HD range includes ten 2500HD models and eight single- and dual-rear-wheel 3500HD models. The trucks feature strengthened pickup box structures and hardware, along with revised shock tuning for greater towing and payload capacities. The 1-ton fifth-wheel towing capacity is increased 15% to 23,000 lbs., while the conventional towing capacity is increased 6% to 18,000 lbs. The 2500HD shoulders up to 4,212 lbs. of payload, while payload capacity on the 3500HD has been increased by 14% to 7,215 lbs. A navigation radio with a built-in hard drive is available.
