Eco-Star is an automatic stop/start anti-idling system designed to save fuel, decrease green house gas emissions and help fleets meet anti-idling regulations.

  • Automatically turns engine off (but keeps battery power on) when certain conditions are met
  • Automatically restarts engine when certain conditions are met and brake pedal is pressed
  • Monitors battery voltage and can automatically restart engine if VBAT drops below programmed level
  • Available on 2008 and newer Ford and GM truck and van chassis
