Requires fewer truck modifications than a belt-driven hydraulic drives
Smoother transistion from driving, to sweeping and back again
Delivers blower performance improvements of about 10%
Gutter broom improvements of about 30%
Offers inherent sound reductions and two blower speeds -- low and high
