This full function remote control system is available for Vermeer's line of track trenchers and surface excavation machines. The system will enable the operator to control a machine from a remote location up to 500 ft. away.
- Available for all tractors ranging from the T555III track trencher up to the T1255III Terrain Leveler surface excavation machine
- Can be retrofitted on any older model specialty excavation product featuring the TEC Plus electronic control system
- Attached to a vest that is strapped onto the operator’s torso, with the control panel lying flat in front with a metal frame around the outside to help provide support
- Operator presence requires the operator to be seated
- Visual light indicator installed on the trencher informs others that the machine is being operated remotely
