Volvo and Mack Trucks are introducing a Certified Warranty that is aimed at providing customers the same experience they expect from a new Mack or Volvo truck. The program is operated through internal systems, removing the need for third-party vendors to process warranty claims and providing pre-owned truck customers with the same seamless experience that is expected when purchasing a new truck.
Qualified Class 8 Mack and Volvo Certified trucks that are four model years or newer with 450,000 miles or less undergo a comprehensive 150-point inspection and reconditioning process, and are DOT safety compliant. Additionally, the trucks come with up to 24 months and 250,000 miles of coverage and are backed by a nationwide service network of dealers.
