Video: Volvo President Applauds North American Dealers for No. 1 Customer Satisfaction Rankings

Volvo Construction Equipment President Pat Olney shares the credit for the company's recent No. 1 and No. 2 customer-satisfaction rankings with a markedly improved dealer organization. 

Customer satisfaction is measured by The Competitive Satisfaction Survey (COSS), a private survey commissioned by Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu and Volvo Construction Equipment. It is conducted by independent market research company GfK Bass.
