No Edge Lines Season 2 Is Going Places

What do you do if you weren't "Raised On Blacktop" and you're also the editor for Asphalt Contractor magazine? You go to school! The soon to launch second season of No Edge Lines is headed to more than twice as many jobsites as season one!

Lots of people in the asphalt pavement industry were born into it. They took summer jobs with the family company, or they found they had a knack for it after helping an uncle or cousin. When I started as editor for Asphalt Contractor and Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction I had no experience. I knew absolutely nothing about the industry, the tools, or the culture. After a few months I realized that if I was going to succeed in my role, I was going to have to go all-in. We decided to just bring a camera along for the ride.

In season one, which you can watch all episodes on here, was a whirlwind experiment. However, it only made my desire to learn more grow! So, we are heading back out there for season two. This time we will be visiting all-new contractors, in new cities across the country, and I'll be learning a bunch of new machines and techniques from every day experts. We will also revisit some friends from season one, checking in on them, as they check in on my progress to become an asphalt pro!
