Allan Succeeds Loree at Stanley Black & Decker

Don Allan, Stanley Black & Decker’s president and chief financial officer, will succeed Jim Loree as CEO, effective July 1.

During his 20-year tenure with the organization, Loree has contributed to the growth and strategic repositioning of the business, and his strong dedication to the company’s key stakeholders will be hallmarks of his legacy.

Since joining the company in 1999, Allan has had a impact on growth and has been instrumental in driving the company’s transformation strategy.

LBX Appoints New Vice President, CFO

LBX Company, maker of Link-Belt excavators, announced that Mike Reynolds has been promoted to vice president and chief financial officer.

Reynolds joined LBX in 2013 as the corporate controller. In 2017, he became human resources director and was promoted in 2020 to senior director operations and administration. With 14 years of prior experience in manufacturing, between NACCO Materials Handling Group in their lift truck division and ThyssenKrupp Presta, an automotive supplier and six years of corporate administration between Kraft/General Foods and Lexmark International, Reynolds has held several key management roles in his career. Reynolds holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting with a minor in business administration from Olivet Nazarene University.

Trail King Industries announced the recent hire of Eric Thomas, who joins the Trail King sales and marketing department as the director of sales. Thomas will be responsible for leading the district sales managers and product support managers. Coming to Trail King with over 30 years of sales experience, Thomas has spent much of his time focused on the machinery industry. Most recently, Thomas was the regional sales manager for Kohler Co. Thomas holds a bachelor of science degree focused in Agricultural Mechanization from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He will work out of his home office in Carlyle, Ill.

Haver & Boecker Niagara Names Certified Sales Manager for the Western US

Haver & Boecker Niagara announced Darren Bulow as its certified sales manager for Western regions of the United States, including Southern Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. He brings nine years of industry experience to his new position. Bulow is certified with MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration). He currently lives in Santaquin, Utah with his wife and children.

Mindi Vanden Bosch has been named the next Vice President of Operations at Vermeer Corp. Prior to joining Vermeer in 2008, Mindi held roles in continuous improvement at Cascade Engineering and treasury management at Fifth Third Bank. At Vermeer, Vanden Bosch has held leadership roles in marketing, finance, human resources, continuous improvement and most recently served as the managing director for the Forage Solutions Product Group.

Durex Products Inc., a manufacturer of wire, polyurethane, and rubber screen media technologies, announced its recent hire of Bo Doll, who joins as a regional sales manager covering the south-central United States. Based in Dallas, Texas, Doll will work with the company’s south-central dealers — including Excel Machinery LTD; Harman & Associates, Inc. and Construction & Aggregate Products (CAP) — to generate new business and maintain the current customer base. Following his father Bob Doll’s footsteps, Bo Doll comes to Durex with six years of experience in the aggregate, mining, and metals industry, having worked for Major Wire, Wirtgen America, and McCourt Equipment. In addition, Doll holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Southeastern Louisiana University, and has a background in sales, account management, retail, and customer service.

Spaziani Named Service Manager for Brokk East Coast

Brokk, a manufacturer of remote-controlled demolition machines, has hired Don Spaziani as service manager for Brokk East Coast, located in Stanhope, N.J. Brokk East Coast, which houses Brokk and Aquajet inventory, offers operator training, equipment demonstrations, parts and repairs. Spaziani is responsible for building a service team in that location and expanding repair and refurbishment services in the region.

Spaziani brings 35 years of industry experience to his position at Brokk Inc. After graduating from the Engine City Technical Institute in Union, N.J., he started his career as a mechanic at a Caterpillar dealership in the area and worked his way up to service manager. He then joined John Deere Construction and Forestry Equipment Company as regional service/warranty manager, covering nine branches extending from Maine to New York.

He most recently worked as a regional service manager for the local John Deere Construction and Forestry dealership that covers New York City, the Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey. During his nine years in that role, he led the creation of a new Long Island branch that included 12 mechanics and offered service, parts, rentals and sales.

Chris Keffer has been named vice president sales and marketing of STIHL Inc. Keffer is responsible for sales for the domestic and export markets, sales planning, e-commerce, new product development, all marketing programs and branch operations throughout the United States.

Keffer joins STIHL Inc. after a career with Stanley Black & Decker where he served in a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles, most recently as the president, product management for the power tools group. Keffer, a native of Swarthmore, Pa., received a bachelor of arts in communications and an Executive MBA from Loyola University in Baltimore, Md.

Felling Trailers Inc. recently appointed Mike Wolff to inside sales – national accounts coordinator. Wolff will manage the day-to-day account activity for the company’s top national rental partners and inside sales calls. He will be responsible for sales development, activity, and account support.

Before accepting position, Wolff held the role of sales coordinator. Before his time with Felling Trailers, Wolff worked in an ag-based business as a parts manager and route specialist.

Integra Welcomes Compton, Kraatz to BOSS Team

The Integra Group, a business management software company, welcomes two professionals to the BOSS team.

Michael Compton joins the BOSS client success team as an implementation specialist and Lucas Kraatz will serve as an executive consultant with the BOSS sales team.

In his role, Compton will work with landscape contractors, snow removal professionals and other field service industries to assist them overcome barriers to growth. Prior to joining BOSS, Compton worked in other field service industries including software user research, software testing, wireframing, prototyping and UX Design.

Kratz, most recently a branch manager with Bluegrass Landscaping & Snow Management in Hazelwood, Mo., brings a decade’s worth of experience building client relationships and knowledge of the landscape contractor and snow removal markets to his new role with BOSS sales team. He will work closely with contractors looking to switch to or introduce business management software to their operation.

Command Alkon, a software and technology company for the heavy building materials industry, has added Ranjeev Teelock to the senior leadership team as chief product officer. In his role, Teelock will drive scalable processes around the entire product lifecycle from conception to design through development and then market launch which focuses on customer outcome-driven innovation. In addition, Teelock will scale, mentor, and manage the entire product team including product managers, technical product managers, and UX designers.
