Sage Oil Vac Inc. has announced the acquisition of Femco Drain Solutions, the authorized dealer in North America of Femco Drain Plugs and accessories, manufactured by Femco Drain Technology in the Netherlands.
The acquisition was effective October 1, 2018, at which time Femco Drain Solutions began operating under the Sage Oil Vac brand and continues to be the authorized dealer in North America of Femco Drain Plugs and accessories.
Femco Drain Solutions and Sage Oil Vac are both based in Amarillo, TX. All Femco Drain Solutions assets and operations have come under the Sage Oil Vac brand, with no changes planned in how it provides customer service, pricing or distribution of its products.
“Femco is the leading name in drain plugs and accessories, so we are excited to become the authorized dealer in North America, particularly since it aligns well with the products and services we offer at Sage Oil Vac,” said Sage Oil Vac CEO Aaron Sage. “We also want to emphasize that all Femco Drain Solutions operations and team members will come under the Sage Oil Vac brand, so current customers should expect no changes in the products, pricing and customer service they have always received. The only real change is the company name.”
