The Foreman of the Future, sponsored by Rhumbix, is an award for field leaders who refuse to believe the notion that “this is the way it’s always been done” is acceptable. They’re future-focused leaders committed to considering new ways of doing things, embracing technology and going the extra mile.
Throughout the year, six individuals will be selected as “Foreman of the Month.” The honoree will be interviewed about their work and receive:
- A graphite pattern matte finish ANSI-certified hard hat
- A safety vest with customized patches

Each will be then entered to win the Grand Prize and vie for the title “2018 Foreman of the Year.” Last year’s winner had football Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott show up on site to serve the crew breakfast.
