ModelONE is a new, portable one-man earth drill from Ground Hog. It's compact and lightweight for portability and ease of use, but it's a heavy-duty piece of equipment designed to stand up to years of rental abuse.
- Cast-aluminum gearbox houses a 3-in. centrifugal clutch and uses hardened steel spur gears and large ball bearings throughout
- Handlebars are strong and lightweight and feature a trigger-type return throttle with stop switch
- Power unit itself weighs 23 lbs. and uses a Honda(R) GX35, 360 degree four-stroke engine
- Auger bits are designed to complement the torque characteristics of the machine and use a new reversible blade design for twice the blade life; available in 2, 4, 6 & 8 in.
- Power unit and augers are available separately, or as a package that includes all four auger sizes, the power unit and a stand that neatly displays and stores the ModelONE and augers
