The Equipment Today Contractors’ Top 50 New Products is an annual awards program recognizing the newest construction equipment and products that contractors think are most likely to improve their business. Rather than the editors of Equipment Today and ForConstructionPros.com picking the products, this program is based entirely on feedback we get from construction equipment users like you.
Winning products are selected from new products that appeared in Equipment Today over a 12-month period. We narrow down the hundreds of potential candidates by looking at the number of times readers of Equipment Today asked for more information about products, and the number of page views they received on ForConstructionPros.com.
Online voting on a list of dozens of nominees helps finalize the list (go to the 2012 Top 50 New Products).
Award winners fall into nine categories based on product type. It’s important to note that each supplier is eligible to receive only one award. As such, the winners represent the highest rated product among all of a company’s product lines, making for a pretty diverse list. Winning suppliers include:
