Multi-Purpose 55-Ton Telescopic and SSTA 5053 Trailers

The 55-ton hydraulic detach trailer features a 20-in. loaded deck height and a telescoping deck that extends from 30 to 50 ft. Its spread axle capabilities allow a 2+2 or 3+1 configuration. The tandem axle includes connections for a third axle, as well as for a future fourth axle. The SSTA (traveling axle) 5053 trailer has a 50-ton capacity, 41-ft. 6-in. lower deck, 53-ft. overall length, 6° loading angle and 14° dumping angle. The unit is comprised of a T-1 and 80K steel beam constructed framework, 4-in. I-beam crossmembers on 9-in. centers and 1 1/2-in. apitong flooring. Air ride suspension and a two-speed landing gear are among the standard features.
