Within a year of implementing distribution, the company collected feedback from its customers and found that West Coast customers sought more localized distributors and trainers for EDCO products. With that in mind, EDCO will fulfill those requests by adding Essex Silver Line West and Placer Sales Associates to the EDCO Distribution Network for Independent Rental.
Essex Silver Line West distributes EDCO in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Placer Sales Associates is available for customers in California, Hawaii and Nevada.
Having represented EDCO for many years, both Essex and Placer come equipped with rental knowledge and experience. Both know how to teach the profitability of EDCO machines and tooling. West coast customers can now contact their regional distributor for purchases and local assistance.
These new distribution partners join MTA Distributors, Mid-States Distribution Inc., and Big Eight Supply & Tool in adding a new layer of expert application diagnosis and technical advice, regional stocking, shorter lead times, product pick-up options, and reduced shipping costs.
