Cenex, the energy brand of CHS, has announced the launch of its enhanced premium diesel fuels, Cenex Roadmaster XL and Cenex Ruby Fieldmaster. Cenex premium diesel fuels are engineered with an additive package that gives those in heavy-duty industries the performance, protection and power they need to keep their equipment and operations running.
New features of the next generation of precision blended Cenex premium diesel fuels:
- Keep engines running cleaner and longer with an advanced detergency, while preventing further buildup in dirty equipment
- Protect filters and injectors to safeguard the combustion system with a two-phase total water management system that separates gross water from fuel for settling to the bottom of the tank for drainage and allows any remaining, negligible water to have safe passage through the combustion chamber
- Keep filters, fuel injectors and pumps clear of contaminants with up to 75% less filter blocking, due to maximum filterability. The enhanced formula also provides up to 20% improved biostability to further limit fuel degradation and allow for longer fuel storage
- Improve power and fuel efficiency with 25% lower exhaust cylinder temperature fluctuations, which demonstrate a more complete fuel burn for efficient combustion, less soot production, fewer regenerations, as well as less wear and tear on the exhaust system.
